Lakewood, NY

Southern Tier Distilling Company

Southern Tier Distilling Co is housed in the original location our namesake brewery. We pride ourselves in being spirit makers in the shadow of our brother and sister brewers across the road. Our pot still has produced a wide range of award winning aged bourbons and whiskeys. In addition, our equally decorated canned cocktails are made with some of the finest locally grown New York State grains. A visit the distillery is a must-do when in our area winter, spring, summer, or fall. Cheers from Lakewood!

Westfield, NY

Five & 20 Spirits & Brewing

Our story is about more than barley, hops, copper and oak.
It begins and ends with our local roots. Roots that were planted in soil that was enriched by the Whiskey Rebellion and that nourishes the crops that are harvested, mashed, boiled, and – eventually – poured into your glass.

Craft beverage seekers come from far and wide to visit our facility – New York State’s first combination winery, brewery, and distillery – but the agricultural products that go into our spirits and beers never have to travel far.

Located onsite with Mazza Chautauqua Cellars in Westfield, NY.

Hammondsport, NY

Barrelhouse 6 Distillery

Fate has brought Kara and Joe together to form the perfect partnership for the perfect business for them both. Kara- engineer, lawyer and mother watched a documentary about craft distilling back in 2012. A year later she was in a Whisky Workshop learning the trade and said, “why not?” So Kara researched and researched, attended more classes, developed a business plan and started saving her pennies. Joe—also a lawyer and a real-estate developer—started brewing beer in his kitchen. That pastime blossomed into a love of all things brewed. One thing is for sure: Joe loves a good time, loves his friends, and is enthusiastic to share what he has with those friends, old and new.

Prattsburgh, NY

Black Sheep Distillery
