We are a team of dreamers – people who want the most from life, who are constantly striving to better themselves and the world around them. We want to share our passion and spread our mantra. We are not promoting being better through spirits, rather promoting being better through community, being kind to your neighbors, sharing a drink with a new friend, following your dreams, and building a world full of love. The vibe of our tasting room, combined with our events and community outreach will help us become an epicenter of love and change, the effects rippling out through the community, the country, and the world. We are Long Islands first urban craft distillery.
Arcane Distilling
Arcane is a vividly flavorful American whiskey distilled from craft beer in Brooklyn. Made by beer people with a passion for whiskey, we designed and built a new type of distillery in the heart of Brooklyn. Along the way, we questioned everything about making whiskey to create a dynamic new approach that yields delicious results. Our unique vacuum distillation process – designed with sustainability in mind – captures the intense malt flavors and hop aromas of beer, delivering complex and flavorful American whiskies unlike any other.
Kings County Distillery
Kings County Distillery is New York City’s premier craft distillery and among the most acclaimed small distilleries in the United States. Focused exclusively on whiskeys, Kings County has made a name for its Bourbon, Peated Bourbon, Empire Rye and other creative whiskeys. Kings County blends distilling practices from a variety of cultures into creative whiskeys that remain traditional while defying convention, using Scottish copper pot stills, open fermentation, and local grains to make American whiskeys that expand the category. Kings County’s whiskeys have won numerous awards from the American Distilling Institute, the American Craft Spirits Association, and the prestigious San Francisco World Spirits Competition, and have been praised by the NYTimes, the New Yorker, Whiskey Advocate and many other sources.
Van Brunt Stillhouse
Van Brunt Stillhouse is a New York State Farm Distillery in the heart of Red Hook Brooklyn. A unique vision of American whiskey, carefully selected grains, a love for mother nature and the american farmer come together to create Van Brunt Whiskey. While the idea of a farm distillery in a big city seems somewhat ironic, we take our state farm license class to heart and think of ourselves as an extension of the farms we work with. We believe in the strength and value of local economies.
Widow Jane
Widow Jane scours the country for the finest barrels of Straight Bourbon & Rye Whiskeys. Hand assembled right here in the Red Hook neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York, we bring these to you with non-chill filtration and proofed with a hard-yet-sweet pure limestone water from the Legendary Rosendale Mines of Upstate New York.
We also distill every week in Red Hook using the finest non-GMO ingredients, including corn varietals such as Baby Jane that are unique to us and that we have nurtured over many years.
Fort Hamilton Distillery
Founded in 2016, Fort Hamilton celebrates the Original Spirit of America with it’s traditional New York Ryes, Bourbons and Gins. The tasting room is open for tours, flights and cocktails daily.
Old Spirit Distillery Inc.
Old Spirit Distillery is Nassau County’s first and only distillery, located in the beautiful town of Oceanside, New York. Founded in 2017, Old Spirit produces vodka, bourbon, brandy and moonshine. We are organic and kosher certified, using corn from New York state farms. We use state-of-the-art equipment, starting from our milling machines and our cookers, to the distillery kettles, going all the way to the filtration systems. Despite all of the advanced equipment, however, our process retains the human touch. Each step of production is closely monitored, and our machines are calibrated to achieve the finest quality.
Long Island Spirits
Long Island Spirits was established in 2007 and became the 100th Distillery in the United States of America. Surrounded by centuries old of potato, corn and rye farms, the distillery is located on the bucolic North Fork of Long Island, in the heart of the acclaimed wine region. The North Fork boasts over 60 wineries and dozens of pre-revolutionary family-owned farms that have been blessed with a microclimate that is very similar to the Bordeaux region in France. Long Island Spirits is proud of its sustainable distillery practices and the innovative fermenting and distilling techniques it has pioneered and the fact that all our spirits are non-chill filtered.
