Tuthilltown Spirits
Founded in 2003, Tuthilltown Spirits is New York’s first distillery since Prohibition.
Our 36 acres are situated on the outer fringe of the New York metropolitan area, at the foot of the Shawangunk Mountains, in the heart of the Hudson Valley. We’re inspired by all of it, from the bright lights of Broadway to the Hudson Valley’s scenic views. Stoutridge Distillery & Winery is a bold leader in high-quality, small-batch spirits and natural wines in New York’s Hudson Valley. We believe in the power of science, art, and local agriculture and are driven by a desire to challenge the status quo. The decisions we make work with nature rather than against it. For us, details are everything. All of the work from grain and fruit to glass is done on-site, and the majority of our ingredients come from Hudson Valley growers. Stoutridge offers a wide range of products that inspire guests to be adventurous. Our processes use a mixture of tradition, innovation, discovery, and sustainability to form our uniquely, rich and complex flavors.
Shady Knoll Orchards & Distillery LLC
Shady Knoll Orchards & Distillery is a small family farm/craft distillery located in the historic Hudson River Valley of New York. We grow over 120 varieties of apples to make our award-winning Apple Brandy and Pommeau (“From our orchards to your glass”) and we also grow rye to make our award-winning Rye Whiskey and Whiskey (“From our fields to your glass”). We do all planting, harvesting, processing, fermenting, distilling, aging and bottling ourselves. Our hand-crafted spirits reflect the unique terroir of our family farm, the wonderful tastes created by double distillation in our classic French alembic pot still and our special combination of barrel agings.

Utilizing the finest grains grown on the fields of our hometown—distilled in the heart of Albany County—we work in tandem with friends and local farmers to bring the taste of rural upstate New York to the world beyond our borders.
