Star Union Spirits
Star Union Spirits is an Illinois Craft Distillery that produces hand-crafted artisanal spirits made right in the heart of Starved Rock Country. Star Union Spirits produces award-winning Craft Whiskies, Agaves, Rums, Brandies, Vodka and Liqueur.
Co-Founders Bob Windy and Jeff Yosowitz opened Star Union Spirits doors in the historic Westclox factory building and serve as an anchor tenant. The Tasting Room is open daily for bottle sales and Thursdays thru Sundays for delicious craft cocktails.

Whiskey Acres Distilling Company
Whiskey Acres is Illinois first Estate Distillery. Located in DeKalb, IL just 60 miles West of Chicago, this family farm grows all of its own corn, wheat, rye & barley that is uses to make its internationally award winning spirits.
Its standard offerings include Bottled in Bond Bourbon & Rye (Double Gold @ San Fran World Spirits Competition) and Straight Bourbon & Rye.
They have seasonal releases of their Artisan Series which includes Blue Popcorn Bourbon, Bourbon Finished in Maple Syrup Casks, Bourbon made from Glass Gem Corn, and many other offerings that highlight different corn verities impact on whiskey flavor.
Food trucks, live music, tours and craft cocktails can be enjoyed at their Visitors Center and newly renovated patio.
Quincy Street Distillery
Craft distillery in historic Riverside, Illinois, hand-making historically-inspired artisan spirits in a small copper pot still. Established in 2011, produces small-batch and single-barrel bottlings of 19th C style bourbon whiskies, single malt and single malt rye whiskies, unusual and historic styles of gin, honey spirits, absinthe blanche, rum, vodka, and moonshine.
Pollyanna Brewing and Distilling
Since opening our Lemont brewery in September of 2014, Roselle brewery in 2017, and our St Charles distillery in 2019 we have always focused on keeping our beer and spirits clean and consistent with a strong focus on balance. Our St Charles distillery offers our largest customer experience and a beautiful view of our distilling operations as well as the historic Fox River. Keep an eye out for a constant rotation of special cocktails, and spirits to go.

Koval Distillery
