Jettywave Distillery, located in the heart of Half Moon Bay’s historic Princeton Harbor, is a coastal haven for handcrafted, small-batch spirits and eco-conscious practices. Dedicated to supporting the local community and environment, we prioritize locally sourced ingredients and even grow fresh herbs and botanicals used in our spirits.
Our flagship spirit is our California Botanical Gin, which is rooted in local sourcing (down to the nasturtium blossoms we grow ourselves) and has picked up some nice recognition: Best Craft Gin of 2024 from Rolling Stone, Double Gold and Best Botanical Gin from the American Distilling Institute, a spot in Wine Enthusiast’s Top 100 Spirits, and a Good Food Award.
This year our first RTD, the Cold Plunge Martini, was awarded a Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits RTD Competition. The Cold Plunge Martini is a ready-to-pour Vesper Martini designed to live in the freezer and deliver a perfectly chilled, bar-quality cocktail at a moment’s notice. Crafted with Jettywave’s small-batch Vodka, California Botanical Gin, and a touch of bergamot, the cocktail offers the sophistication of a classic martini without the need for shaking, stirring, or dilution.
Rounding out our spirit line up distilled onsite is our grain-to-bottle Bourbon, Maritime Single Malt, Absinthe, Bourbon Barrel Aged Coffee Liqueur and Bourbon Barrel Aged Orange Liqueur.
