Santa Fe Spirits is located in the High Desert in New Mexico. An elevation of 7000 feet and low humidity gives Santa Fe Spirits a unique aging environment for its Colkegan line of American Single Malt Whiskies. Founded in 2010 by Englishman Colin Keegan, a scotch aficionado, Santa Fe Spirits is the oldest and largest craft distillery in NM. SFS takes pride in using regional ingredients in its Colkegan Single Malt, Wheeler’s Gin, Santa Fe Apple Brandy, and Atapiño whiskey liqueur, and doesn’t take any short cuts in production or aging.
SFS offers tours at its distillery location, and has a full cocktail bar/tasting room in downtown Santa Fe.
