We started as a small craft distillery in Lexington, KY, in 2013. We now have a 64 acre campus in Midway, KY. It is a farm setting designed to afford trail and local visitors a place where they can come see a full scale production facility in the backdrop of the beautiful county countryside. The property has a historic house that is listed on the National Historic register, an 18,000 sq ft barrel warehouse, a bottling facility, a production facility centered around a 36 inch column still. In the summer of 2025, we will add food and music in Midway.
We manufacture and bottle spirits for ourselves and have limited contract production. We are most known for our wheated and blue corn bourbon products. We have a separate line of finished rye products branded as Midway Distilling and a line of super aged products branded as Elkwood Reserve. Many of the Elkwood Reserve products are available only at the distillery and are limited offerings.
We are located off the exit of Hwy I-64, in Midway, KY. We are nestled within the bourbon golden triangle. Woodford Reserve is accessible from our exit and Buffalo Trace and Castle and Key are within 15 miles and are 1 exit to the west on I-64.
